Do not contract with this YouTube Multi-Channel-Network: www.viso.tv; they promise a lot of extra income, and they actually don't do anything to promote your videos, only take 40% of your income. My income from YouTube is actually down more than 40% after signing on with them, despite having posted dozens of new videos, and when I asked them for support and help, they totally gave me the run around and were basically useless, telling me, sorry, that I'm stuck with them for a year!
