In SOLIDWORKS, one way to unite discrete surfaces into a single continuous surface is using the Knit Surface tool. It allows you to merge overlapping entities, and automatically knit gaps that are smaller than 0.1 millimeters. In this tutorial, I show you how to make use of this tool.
